Introducing Paul Lucarini

Paul began his impressive Real Estate career in 1978 as a sales associate in one of the most competitive and grueling markets in the country: New York City luxury homes. Despite the hefty obstacles, Paul's natural tenacity and salesmanship led him to excel and he was soon able to achieve another long-standing dream, opening a restaurant in mid-town Manhattan with his brother, Gene.

The restaurant, named "The Beggar's Banquet" after a chance encounter with members of the Rolling Stones, was in the heart of the Broadway Theater District. Famous patrons and soon-to-be famous employees were the norm, but even the owners followed the strict house rule: "no pictures."

During the next decade, Paul's real estate business and restaurant flourished. His children were getting older though, and he was ready for a change of pace and location. In 1987, he decided to sell his successful restaurant business and move to the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania where he and his wife Susan, an English teacher, could raise their children in a more rural environment.

Paul, however, was soon making a name for himself again in real estate, becoming a Top Producer in the Pennsylvania real estate market. Paul quickly became residential and commercial manager of his firm, Country Squires. In 1992, he set his sights on commercial real estate, joining Coldwell Banker. Within the year, he established and began to oversee a Property Management Division. Business was booming as Paul went on to receive the top national award for property managers and The Diamond Society award from among over 55,000 agents nationwide.

Paul continued his tradition of excellence and award-winning service, receiving several more professional awards and accolades. In 1999, with his children grown and on their own paths to success, Paul and his wife Susan, an English teacher, began to grow weary of the harsh Pocono winters. They had been to Florida often, and like so many northerners had entertained thoughts of relocating there permanently to enjoy seventy-degree January's and Christmas morning swims. They made their dream a reality in 2004, moving to Port Charlotte. Paul obtained his Florida real estate broker's license, rejoined Coldwell Banker Realty, and once again began doing what he loved best: helping others buy and sell property.

In 2006, the latest phase of Paul's career was set in motion. He was happily joined in Florida by his children Jessica and David, both becoming first-time home buyers and licensed real estate agents. Now Paul, Jessica and David have joined forces to create The Lucarini Team, working exclusively with Allison James Estates and Homes. Paul and family are very excited to be working together, and are ready to meet and surpass all your real estate needs in the Port Charlotte/Punta Gorda area.
