Introducing David Lucarini
David Lucarini was born in Staten Island, NY, and spent his childhood in the scenic Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania. David developed a love of domestic sports cars early on, and often enjoyed his leisurely time with his father, Paul, tinkering with engines or pursuing their shared passions of fishing and real estate.
Paul, a top-producing local realtor, was always out scouting properties or giving sales presentations, and David, fascinated by his father's work, usually tagged along. This early first-hand experience planted the seed of his future career.
After high school, David went on to attend Worcester Polytechnic Institute, a prestigious technical university in Massachusetts, on an academic scholarship. While there, he emerged as a student leader, holding a job with the college in its career development center and being elected to the position of editor-in-chief of the student newspaper. He also served on a number of student advisory boards and panels, including the campus expansion committee, identifying land and buildings for the college's future growth.
Upon leaving WPI, David returned to the Poconos and started an internet sales business, gaining valuable experience in the fields of sales and marketing.
In early 2004, fueled by his love for real estate and tropical weather, David moved to Port Charlotte, Florida, and went to work earning his Florida real estate license. While pursuing his license, he also became a first-time home owner in September of 2006. He is now a proud member of the National and Florida Associations of Realtors and has joined forces with his father, Paul, and sister, Jessica to form The Lucarini Team, working exclusively with Allison James Estates and Homes.
